Be Here. Now.

Be in the present. The Now. That’s really the only place we can ever be. If you’re thinking about tomorrow’s appointment, you’re in the future. If you’re revisiting a conversation in your mind from earlier today, you’re in the past.

Right now, feel—really feel the chair below you. Your back against the chair. The ground beneath your feet. Lower your shoulders. Breathe in. (That’s a pretty good indicator to the Universe you want to be here.) Now, just for a minute, close your eyes as you pay attention to your breath. In, out, in, out. . . Notice the sacred space in between the exhale and inhale.
