Okay, you’re not a frog, so why do we have leap year, anyway?
The earth takes approximately 365.24 days to circle around the sun once. Since 1582, nearly every four years February 29th is added to the Gregorian calendar. Without adding a day almost every four years, we’d lose close to six hours every year (about 24 days in one century.)
So, What will you do with all the extra time you’ll have Wednesday?
